Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy — this means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Please note: we do not offer returns or refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unworn or unused

• With tags attached

• In its original packaging

• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start an exchange, please contact us at beegirlofficial@gmail.com. Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at beegirlofficial@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for exchange, including:

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
