A nominal shipping fee of INR 50 is applicable for orders below INR 999.
Express shipping (1-3 business days) is available for an additional charge of INR 150.

5. Delivery Partners:
We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available for orders up to INR 5,000. A small COD handling fee of INR 50 may apply.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays due to weather conditions, festive seasons, or logistical issues may occur. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.

9. Undelivered Orders:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
